| Hi everyone, In v9.27, I adjusted leaves to give a realistic look. I removed the two following bugs: - Planets were freezing -> Planets loading will be quicker since we corrected. - Files of planets you visited were listed -> We found a way to remove the files wich are listed. - Noopy may always appear near Candy when he gets away. | Hi everyone, It has been a long long time since I worked on this project. I decided to wait one week or more. In v8.37, I continued the project, adjusted some parameters (like tropical trees). | Hi everyone, Recently, I've added more definition to Candy's and Noopy's textures. I used pngs. Meanwhile, I removed the Ufos bugs; too much ufos were apearing in Space. After, I removed the +/- commands to stop a cheat which give full bonus. Also, icy planets have now a ring around them. Recently, adjusted the water, the camera zooms Candy and her friend Noopy. | Hi everyone, I'm presently working on a new version: v1.07. In this version, it still be possible to find treasures with maps, plant trees, create worlds with an editor. Presently, I'm publishing version 1.01 and we intend to start to collect seeds to plant trees. The seeds may fall down slowly like an helicopter. All progress done with trees planting will be saved in separated files. The goal of this mission will be to resurrect death planets. On each planets, monsters are everywhere. | In future version, It may load new lands and add more than 700 new planets to visit. Now I'm up to do more things with the game, like: - Inter-Galactic traveling. - Tree, scenery and terrain editors. - Create new Galaxies' shapes. - Planets atmospheres and light vary depending the color of the sun. It will be possible to costumise the climate of every planet of a stellar system with parameters. Currently, I fixed the main loop, added Perlin Noise terrains and started to make possible the space travel between 10 habitables stars. It is now possible to get back to the Lillian system by pressing [P](for portal). Next step, in version 0.47, start to go to others galaxies and try to plant some trees. Many other brainstorms of Xilvan Design will bring ideas. More fun soon ! | Finally, I decided, to name this game: Candy's Spatial Adventures: Messages from the Lillians. In this new game, there will be many spaceships, more dangers, and maybe more new ideas. Each galaxies will have their shapes, colors, races and ennemies. I do not have decided again the real amount of planets and galaxies there will exist in this game. Maybe there will be one hundred( 100 ) planets per Galaxy and seven( 7 ) galaxies to explore. I dont let the possibility of a Candy in Space IV sequel but the game looks nicely completed. I'm presently working on the new scenario. "Candy will be in search for her birth planet. She need to detect earth in order to receive messages from their masters. Seven galaxies of challenges." | This is the end of the Candy in Space I, II & III, it was a trilogy and the beguining of a new era for Xilvan Design. ____ Lets start a new Project callen: Candy's Space Adventures: The Messages from the Galaxies. The game will take place in 7 nearby galaxies. There will be altmost 4-10 solar systems per galaxies. 25-100 planets per galaxies. Most of them will be hostiles and should need terraforming. Each planet will be probably inhabited by little creatures, the Lillians type will be a few of them. The Planets' terrains will be spherical and the surface will be drawn randomly. It must be normal render of planets and asteroids will be enhenced. For the moment, nothing is coded. I will start from an empty page and ideas will soon be added to the list. ____ List of ideas for this brand new game: _______________________________ (1)- The goal will be to localise the Milky Way through 7 galaxies. (2)- It will be possible to create new worlds with an editor. (3)- Thousands of Randomly created worlds to explore. (4)- Grow lives( animals, trees, plants or flowers ) and/or factories. (5)- Beat evil aliens; Fight for good ones. (6)- Sell items to good aliens; Avoid evil aliens ships. (7)- Enhence your spaceship ( Many of choices ). P.S. It will be in 3D.
