Static meshes,,(Posted 2012-12-09)
Well, Thanks to lots of hard work, flexible coding and some help on the forums, i have finally managed to make it so you can load and save maps made in the map editor (currently only containing static meshes) and then load the map up in the "Game-Engine" next on the bucket list is to add "doors" which will also need "area" support... woot woot haha thanks for reading and please keep in touch! if you have any questions or anything to say at all email me at MattHirdler@... have a good day!

EDIT: soon in the future i will post downloads and updates for my game here http://hirdcore.com/index.html

Almost done with the basics..(Posted 2012-12-07)
so as i said earlier i am making some simple yet flexible "creation-Kits" for this game of mine. so far i have gotten the simple parts of the map editor done. it loads meshes into a GUI and lets you place, scale, rotate them and save the information on them to a file. now i am working on the engine part.... oofta!

New Map data storage system..(Posted 2012-11-29)
I am using a new Library to save all my Map data into files.

check it out -> http://www.blitzbasic.com/codearcs/codearcs.php?code=2863

it was ten times faster than the method i was using before it!

Problems lacking a fix...(Posted 2012-11-28)
well this is my first post, i am making an RPG set in a fantasy world(Omorth) and my current goal is to assemble a basic "Creation-Kit" that is semi easy to use to create: spells, maps, interior, simple models, quests, and add things like actors and media and creatures.. big? kinda haha but i actually worked on a previous programming project that was close to this but not near as large and my fan base ended up designing over half of my spells,scenes,story-line, ect.

This is a large project for me and i know it is shooting for the moon and if i cant do it then ill do as the government did and just "fake-it" ;)
