Has anyone released a game on the Windows Store? Is it worth?

Because I would like to register a developer account. But you've to pay 75 Euros ($99) for companies even if you've a Windows Phone Developer Account. Although it isn't much. But it should be profitable.

Well it depends. For me it is profitable, so when you have sales for iOS and Android you will likely have sales for WP7/8 as well.

I have about half of the downloads in the windows market as in iOS and Google Play. So my ratio is like: 1-2-2 (wp-android-ios)

I meant Windows Store. Not Windows Phone Store. :)
I would like to publish my game as a metro app. But I've to pay again 75 Euros.

Well technically it is/will be the biggest platform in terms of users, so I would assume you should get some sales.

It depends on app :)
But my advice is... Win8app (32/64/arm), WP8 and ios, android...
Then you have covered them all.
