Not sure what the plan is for the Xbox - guess a new SDK will be coming with the new Xbox. The current one can still be used.

Mark is working on W8 Metro and WP8 platforms which are c++/DirectX based - coming in v67 which is in beta currently.

That's a shame, XNA is actually really good (if you're very careful with memory management on the Xbox), I hope whatever terms up next is similar
