Hello.

It's a big question that crossed my mind: does monkey-x need visual studio to create a final windows phone app? In general, does monkey-x need any external tool to create a final mobile app? An app that I can upload to GooglePlay or Windows Store or Apple Store...

You always need the target SDKs. And yes, you need Visual Studio installed for Windows Phone apps which is free btw. :)
