This must be a recent change by Microsoft. I know they have been up to something in the past few weeks.
I cannot now submit apps without it failing validation with the following.
1028: The native API api-ms-win-core-interlocked-l1-2-0.dll:InterlockedDecrement() isn’t allowed in assembly MonkeyGame.PhoneComponent.dll. Update it and then try again.
I know this is a new error because it is exactly the same .XAP file I submitted two weeks ago,exactly the same, no rebuild no nothing. I tried the same app because I was trying to upload a brand new app but it wouldn't go, failing with the 1028 error. So I tried the last app I did, now that doesn't upload so it is definately a problem.
Has anyone else had the problem and has a workaround or am I stuck not being able to submit phone 8.0 apps because it fails and not submit phone 8.1 apps because monkey doesn't support it. Or am I missing something else completely?!?
