| So i was late on jumping on the VS express bandwagon for my laptop and the new VS express 2013 is out and monkey can't build to it because it's looking for the v11 libs and all i have are v12 for the new windows 8.1 apps. so i was trying to find where i can tell monkey to include the win 8.1 files instead but i have no idea where to find that. derp... |

| Have you tried opening the target on Visual Studio and saving it? It usually fix anything wrong with it. |

| i tried that, seems like something either didn't complete or translate, i'd rather not have to get the previous visual studio just so i can compile to win8 only to resave it to win8.1 |
