How to create Adobe Air app?

Can anyone explain in simple steps, how to turn my html game into an Adobe Air app?

As far as I understand, this should easily be possible.

well if your html game was made using monkey, you could also output an swf,
to get from an swf -> air read: http://blogs.adobe.com/airodynamics/2012/11/09/packaging-and-loading-multiple-swfs-in-air-apps-on-ios/

But I assume alot in my answer, why do you want to turn your html game into air in the first place?
