One of our users is saying they are getting a BSOD so far four times while running game on Windows GLFW. What would be a way for us to possibly debug this?

How many users do you have, and is this the only reported BSOD?

As a first step, ask them to send you what hardware they using as it sounds like it could be an old(er) hardware problem?
Drivers all up to date?
What version of Windows?
etc etc

Seems a bit extreme that a Monkey program you know works (other customers) would be causing a BSOD if there wasn't an underlying problem already (see above, the usual IT stuff)

Check the CPU usage to see if it could possibly cause a badly cooled PC to overheat also.

You could really do with them giving the output from the BSOD. But the usual suspects are old or failing hardware, build up of dust (how many people know that they need to clean the inside of their computers on a regular basis) and dodgy drivers.

A failing power supply combined with a high end gpu card can cause this, even if the game doesn't stress the card. Bsod's (in a game) proceeded every instance of a dying power supply for me.

For me, the usual suspect: Summer + bad cooling GPU or CPU, broken RAM, or wrong or faulty drivers.
