Hello Friends,

In my Android tablet some of apps has run amok.

so i want to reset android tablet software?

Please give some suggestions so i can out of this problem.

you want to do a fresh install of the operating system?

Usually tablets have a factory reset - a little hole you poke with a paper clip and it sets everything back to square one.
