Publishing Process?

| So my game is nearly done! What do I need to do now to get it published on the PlayStore and other Android Stores? I've tried looking for the Signup button for GooglePlay Store but can't seem to find where I sign up and pay my $25 in order to be able to publish! All help would of course be appreciated! Ta! |
