I have made my Android game to a Blackberry game with this link I got from Xaron.
LINK

But it got rejected with this error message:
Please fix the following issue(s) and resubmit your application as a new release.

Please note that there should not be any mention of Android or the Android logo on the app title, screenshot, icon, description and in the app itself. Please remove all Android references and images.

I have no mention of Android in my text or in my images.

I don't know how to find and remove those Android references.
Can anybody help me please?

Xaron(Posted 2012) [#2]
Uh that's strange. Do you have some kind of link to the store in the app or something like this?

Tri|Ga|De(Posted 2012) [#3]
No there is no link in the App.

I just took my Android APK file and run it through the link you gave me.
I then made a new game on the Blackberry website, uploaded some images and description and thats it.

Have you used that link to create a Blackberry App yourself?

Xaron(Posted 2012) [#4]
Yes I did. I published Blotty Pots. Battleship was rejected but because of black borders of the screen aspect ratio.

Stick your APK file into a hex editor and have a look yourself, maybe?

Open your APk file using win rear or win zip (apks are just zip files) and check in the folders... Or ask them where they can see the android references.

Tri|Ga|De(Posted 2012) [#7]
I'm on MAC so I must need some ZIP tool for MAC.

I have written to RIM to see if they can help me.

Has no one tried to convert your APK file to a BAR file?

Xaron(Posted 2012) [#8]
I did, without problems. But that was during Monkey v49 times...

Sorry to hijack the thread and ask what is probably a stupid question.

The BB site says "2.3.3" apps, does that mean I need to uninstall all 3.x and 4.x SDK's before I compile? or just make sure I have a 2.3.3 SDK installed? I assume the latter.

Tri,

have you got your problem solved? I'm going to submit an app to RIM.

Tri|Ga|De(Posted 2013) [#11]
No I never got around to get the problem solved. I just gave up.
Maybe I should try again.

Tri|Ga|De(Posted 2013) [#12]
Okay I tried again.
I requested a new set of keys, generated a new .p12 file and went to that page with my newest game.

And surprice surprice it worked. My new game is now waiting for approval on BlackBerry AppWorld.
