Hello there! Just thought i'd share this, after all this is a monkey projet to begin with...

The version 1 was submitted here.

Basically, I continued working on this ponified remake of (java version)miner disturbance for quite a long time now (1+ year) and now it has reached a so high level of completion it's nearly as good as the original game :P
Since V1 I've been adding a server to it, new characters, new abilities, tutorials, levels, effects, replay system, highscore system, chat system, new powerups, new fluids... pretty much everything Monkey can handle. The source is over 20,000 lines long and I'm quite proud of it. If you're wondering what wonders monkey can do, look no further :)

Compiled with V63b

Great!

Very cool. I think it needs Num-Pad keys to mine, though, unless I am missing something.

That is really nice! I second the numpad seems like a natural fit.

Nice.. like the lighting effects! Well done!

It's a bit pony.

*joke*;)

This has come on nicely; very atmospheric.

Yes that's why there is an option for that. QWEADZXC is the default setting but you can change it. ;)

This is really nice and impressive sized project. Can you describe what (if any) frameworks you use? Especially for the tilemap.

Import mojo, Import angelfont, Import httpget.
Rest is made out of pure monkey V63b :)
