My September game for onegameamonth is now completed and available for Android on Google Play.

WIP video of the unfinished game from a few days ago, on YouTube

Played on a 8x8 Chess/Checkers style board, SHOGUN is different as there is hidden "terrain" values on each position that determine how far a piece can move from that spot.

Try to capture the opponent's pawns and SHOGUN while keeping yours safe. The game is over when a player has his SHOGUN captured, or is left with only one pawn in addition to his SHOGUN piece.

One or two player options plus you can choose to show your possible valid moves, or display all the hidden terrain - these options are given for people new to the game to get a hang of how to play. It's recommended to have these options disabled unless you need them.

Play two players with your phone or tablet lying flat between you for the ultimate board-game experience.

Nice! I'm also working on a project inspired by a classic board game...

What board game are you working on? :)

A futuristic version of Stratego. My first monkey project so thought I would keep it simple.
