Webview in ios and android

Do we have a webview solution that works in ios and android? (no diddy)

I am interesting in using one to implement facebook share/like features. The facebook sdk doesn't have like features, so I will need to use a webview.

I'm trying to struggle my way through porting it to java. Do I need a new activity though?
