Box2D Very Slow

I want to use Box2D. But for some reason, when compile, it works Pts slowly on all platforms. MainDemo - (450 ms) I used different versions of Monk, but it did not help. Can someone also has a similar problem?

I know it runs faster when you build in Release mode, if you haven't done so already.
