When you try to compile and there is an error, there is that horrible noise windows makes
Change the sound that windows makes to something less offensive, its a lot better
Control Panel->Sounds

And buttons in the topbar to "build & run" for "html5","flash","..."
Or
A checkbox to remember the last selected "build & run" so you don't have to press so many buttons for every run.
Or
the dynamic select list "html5","Flash","Android",".." inside the topbar so it remembers the last selected option.

Use Sublime Text 2 and the monkey plug-in instead.

I had no idea it made a sound! One of the first things I do on a new Windows install is Control Panel -> Sounds -> Sound Scheme -> NO SOUNDS!
