Get rid of mserver_macos.app on Mac OS X (woop!)

I've never liked mserver_macos.app chipping in every time I want to run a game in my browser. Well today enough is enough!

config.macos.txt
HTML_PLAYER=open

This will open the HTML file directly in your browser.

Cheers,
matt

I like this one :)

Anyone else has experienced macosx_server starting up in the dock (as bmax icon) and then not launching the browser? If you wait a little bit it will work with no change of code (after recompiling, no errors).

You have to run macosx_server once, quit it, then it will run OK after that. Not sure why...

I don't have any need for the benefits it offers, so I was happy to bin it. :)

Oh, and I've just updated the method with a neater way, thanks to this thread: http://www.monkeycoder.co.nz/Community/posts.php?topic=1299
