Hi guys!

I finished the prototype for the armoury. I am not the best in GUI prototypes but i had 2 ideas in mind and i can't decide which one fit best. Some advice would be welcome here!

Option A

or ...

Option B

This solution could also be possible.

Option C (Option A with a Preview in the drone selection screen)

Context:

You are a player and you own some drones that must be prepared for battle. Which option would be easier for you ?

What to be taken into consideration:

- Some statistics might be added later.
- Could be a mobile game (tablet).
- The idea is to manage/prepare your drones for battle where you must try a specific tactic on the battlefield. Which option would best fit for this ?

Thanks!

So I take it with Option A you select the Unit and then it goes to the Drone management screen?

I think it depends on if you need to do a lot of management actions between the units. For example if you only have to do it a couple of times option A looks nicer, but if you have to do it a lot option B makes more sense.

I added a new option.

I think it depends on how many tanks/drone/modules you have.

Personally I would design it to avoid scrolling and I'd prefer having more screens if that can possibly alleviate that. On mobile having side-to-side swiping to scroll lists works great in my experience.

With that in mind I would prefer the ones where I can see the name and the icon.

Thanks for your comments!

I think A is adequate but C is nicer in terms of coordinating your drone designs, which is the key issue.

I think i will go for Option C.

Thanks for your replies guys!
