Just got this in the door today, Develop has a bit about Blitz Research and a big old screen shot of flash Zombie game.

Hello shagwana, so this is where all the old blitz users vanished to.

I remember the Amiga zombie game from original Blitz Basic.

It was a good game too! There was also a great game called Worms (Snake with three AI snakes). When the AIs got blocked they would shrink to zero then come out again from the same point.

Re-makes needed for bananas!

I remember that as well, some one should do a remake for the site.

Gerry Quinn(Posted 2013) [#5]
Has anyone got the original code and graphics for these?

Supertino(Posted 2013) [#6]
The most impressive game I saw made with Amiga blitz back in the day was http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guardian_(video_game) at least I think it was made with Blitz.

Mark might still have some ..

Impressive lookin game that, I dont think it was programmed in Blitz by the looks of it assembly was used. (to get a fast enough 3d engine goin')

I really liked SkidMarks... and if I recall correctly it even had some Blitz code in the back of the manual...

Supertino(Posted 2013) [#10]
