Chrome HTML5 Issues - monkey games

| Hi all, Does Chrome have issues with monkey games under HTML5? I've tried both battletrack by foppy and blotty plots by xaron in chrome and they often freeze after a short while and become unresponsive. I've played the flash version of battletrack which runs fine so I guess flash is okay. ?? from Matt |

| It's a problem with Chrome 16. Upgrade to the dev/beta channels and your games will run better. Once 17 is released these problems will mostly vanish into legacy. |

| I don't know. I'm on 19.0.1055.1 dev-m and never have problems. I thought 17 would be enough, but stable is so far behind! Are you on stable for sure? Looks like 17 was released back in Feb and I just missed it! http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.com/ Anyway, try to install beta or dev and then test. I never had problems with 17 either though so maybe it's more. |
