It certainly is a Windows 10 general thread. For whatever interesting information is released on it. I didn't see any other Win10 thread in last 3 pages. I anticipate more of us will care about it as it nears release because it will be highly likely that it will have a higher adoption rate from Windows 7 than Windows 8 ever had due to the fact Windows update will be able to install Windows 10 directly easily for free as is stated in one of those previous links.

I have been running it on my laptop for months. So far I really like it. I haven't had much time to play with the latest update yet(which has Cortana), but the little bit I have used it Cortana works great. In general, I am excited about what MS is trying to do with 10. Unifying the platforms is a great move for developers.
