| A lot of people don't realise that their smart phones are just a vulnerable as a PC. I've been telling people that I know about this problem ever since the first phones that were capable of connecting to the Internet. It's a shame that most smart phone owners aren't as smart as the phone that they are using. |

And another problem is that a lot of the phone carriers don't bother releasing OS updates for anything other than their latest-and-greatest models, no matter how many known vulnerabilities there are in the phone they sold you last year... And unlike a desktop OS, you can't just go download those patches yourself either. |

| There is a bug in WebViev in Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean and prior), that Google has publicly stated they do not intend to patch.
