I think I am gonna go outside any apple store and commit suicide. every time I am connecting to the internet my ipad will start downloading the apps i isntalled on iphone and vice versa.... cant stop them to do that :| i tried from itunes and from settings..

Settings>iTunes & App Store>Automatic downloads. Turn them all off.

you think is that easy? :)) When I bought the iPad that was one of the first things I did. Before entering this post here I double checked that. It was off. I was making tests and after one more sync I had another look in Automatic Downloads... it was ON :| Again I turned it off. It's ok... for now
