Hi all,

With just few days before my 3rd deadline of my big project I realize I still need to add a lot of sounds.

I am looking for a soft to make some very simple sound editing:
copy, cut, paste sound potions from a file or 2 and to be able to export into wav. ogg..

What are you using?

Thanks,

Audacity is a good tool for this

Then Audacity will be installed :D

Audacity is decent for free software. My personal favorite though is GoldWave. Its website does it no justice, because it's truly been the best audio editing software I've ever used.

I use SoundForge, but for free software I would also say Audacity for easy of use.

I use Adobe Audition. It's awesome.

+1 on Audition, although I use the extremely outdated version, Cool Edit Pro 2.1

(The only reason I'm not still using Cool Edit 96 is because it's really buggy on NT systems)

I used Audacity. I only needed to edit a few sounds so was ok.

Thanks all,
