I have recorded a film on my iPhone 5 and used iMovie to make a video in MOV format. Is there any free way for me to convert the MOV file to ISO or IMG? I need it to be either ISO or IMG for viewing on my ATV2(JB) with XBMC.

If I try to play MOV on my ATV2 in XBMC its very very jerky. Its the same if I try to play MKV files.

i am not sure if it will import mov files. but i use this to convert video files. http://www.macroplant.com/adapter/

Adapter will not convert MOV file its incompatible.
