Particle generator tool - can't remember

I'm sure it's been mentioned before on this forum, but can't for the life of me remember its name. I'm wanting to take another look at a particle generator tool which lets you create nice water/ fire/ stars effects, save them to a series of PNG's etc. I seem to remember it costs about £30, and is from a uk vendor. Can anyone remind me?

I can second that one, very good tool and easy to use + comes with loads of high quality effects! :)
