83a Ted Find in Files -> Start Dictation

Running the 83a Mac Ted, when I run a Find in Files, it adds another "Start Dictation" menu item to the menu. So if I do this six times, I end up with six "Dictation" items.

This is apparently an Apple bug, but I'll see if I can work around it...
