v77e: missing targets and compile errors

Hi Mark,

with 77e the target folders for windows 8 and windows phone 8 are gone.

If I copy the ones from 76d to the targets folder I get these compile errors now:

error C2039: 'GetDeviceWidthX': unknown
error C2039: 'GetDeviceRotationX': unknown
... and so on

'gc_force_sweep' is an undeclared identifier.
