I already askd this on the Monkey-IOS forum...

..., but no reaction. So perhaps it's really a bug?

I downloaded for the first time a Monkey to my MacMini. I downloaded and copied the V69 from "Downloads" to "Applications/MonkeyPro69/". Then I clicked on "Monkey.app" inside this folder... After a long time, I got a message, that TED was finished with this error message:

Did I forget anything?

I see that you are still on osx 10.5.8. That could bw the reason. I am on 10.8.3 and never have gotten this error.Btw. From what i know you need at least 10.7 to publish to the ios appstore.

Midimaster(Posted 2013) [#3]
upps.... nobody told me that. Thank you MikeHart.

That could get expensive for me. This means a new Mac Mini... As far as I know, the maximum on the old one is 10.6.

Could please a second person confirm this...

From apple's getting started guide:
http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#referencelibrary/GettingStarted/RoadMapiOS/chapters/GetToolsandInstall.html

Or was it the version you can have on the old mini you asked for?
That I don't know :-P

How old is the mac mini?

Midimaster(Posted 2013) [#6]
@ole
as I understand it: 10.7 is necessary, but this does not run in my old Mac Mini Core Duo 1,66 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 80 GB HDD

You could try Monkey60 and check how compatible that is with the old Monk editor.

But yes, 10.5 is probably way too old for anything.

Monkey doesn't event support 10.6 in last few releases.

Which xcode version do you have on it?
