V70d Rebuild docs doesn't search other paths

Hi Mark,

the documentation functionality seems not to work in OSX when the modules are in another folder than the monkey/modules folder.

Problem still exists in V70e.

Makedocs only currently searches the main doc folder.

I haven't decided how external modules will be handled yet, but should be onto it soon.
