Broken target

| Has a recent update broken win8/windows phone 8 targets? Just did a fresh install and xna/html work fine but they fail. I even tried the devInstall program and it agrees i have the wp8 sdk/devtools installed. *got it going, slight problem since im using VS Pro 2013 and it kept wanting to update projects, noticed monkey is set for 2012 so it probably does need to update each time. |

| I don't think VS 2013 is officially supported yet.... You could supply a -f option to mxdevinstall.exe to force installation, just to be sure... |
