It's a lot of money. I wonder what facebooks annual profit is? Edit 700 million a quarter...so it's not an insignificant chunk...almost wiped out 3 months profit.

Even large companies hate being fined in the hundreds of thousands for their wrongdoings, so it isn't something they'll just gloss over, no matter how much they make.

Was really surprised at the outcome of this case!

Yeah, but my point was that they actually hate fines even in the tens-to-hundreds of thousands, let alone millions!

Eh...it's less than the $4 billion they were actually going after. What surprises me is that Palmer Luckey is ordered to paid $50 mil....so he actually has $50mil laying around like that???
