Wow this looks like it's come pretty far since I last saw it! I like the lighting and the atmosphere it creates. It does seem like there should be a little bit more of a splash when entering the water and the player slows down pretty suddenly upon entering the water so it seems a little awkward in that respect but other than that everything looked really smooth in those videos. Good job!

Thanks for the suggestions.

You right, I also feel wrong about the water. I may add a particles effect at the collision point and reduce the viscosity for player. It takes times to figure out the right settings while using a physics engine rather than traditional fake platform physics.

I'm also a bit concerned about the control of the player, for the moment it's a pretty aerial character that can jump nearly 3 times his size and at least 2 times longer than a normal human. Think about a 2x lighter always running Mario or Chun-lee from Street fighter.
While it's great in multiplayers mode and give identity to the character, I wonder if I should stick with something different or try to approach a more classic behaviors. Thing is, if I switch to a real Mario control type, for scale and physical reasons you cannot access most current area.

Yipiii, Metagolf is also working perfectly under Linux now :D
And I finally found a working distro for my old system, Mint is pretty good.
I really dislike the new ubuntu shell through... :/
