Today, the 0.51th version of this game is launched on my website.

This version is a revision of the old ones and a new challenge are available in the game.

Various foes trapped the animals of Candy World inside iron cages.
With the help of the iron key, Candy and Noopy will freed all their captive friends.

A old trailer is available about this game.

The demo will be available from now to monday 14th March 2011, it is a lite version with 49 levels.

I think this series now needs a prequel!

This has more advanced gameplay than what 95% of Blitz3D users can code.

Nobody is criticising the achievement, it's just constant spamming of the forums with a new thread every time the release increments by .001.

A new 'feature' like 100 bones to collect per level instead of the previous 50 does not require a new thread and the associated fanfare.

The general discussion forum recently got over-run with Monkey threads. Maybe Xylvan should have his own forum for a similar reason lol ;)

I think he did and it got over run with porn spam bots

TBH I've lost track of which are new games and which are just extra levels and bug fixes and I thought we already had candy world V some time last year, or is it just because they all start to blur into one?

Yahfree(Posted 2011) [#10]
Props for keeping this up for what.. 2 years now?

Seriously though, I wish I had that kind of dedication on a project. I would have probably made some money by now!

So the demo's only available for two days?
Post the link and I'll download and write back with my observations.

The demo will start being published since the projected date.

Version 0.52 is online with fountain adjustments, teleportation makes sounds like every futuristic game does.

I hope it will be a good review for all the people of this forum.

Drak(Posted 2011) [#13]
Version 0.52 now? Two days ago you "released" a version 0.51. No one is going to download a NEW version just because you added some sounds.

My advice: finish your game, then release it. I think you're digging yourself a hole releasing a new version every time you change one thing.

Amen to that.

I've just released a refresh of Candy World Adventure III v2.92 and Lights of Dreams II v0.92.

Both game has greatly ameliorated.

I make altmost 10 modifications per release, dont worry about that. But sometime CNET publish from one to five day. I didnt had the time to change version 0.51. So I prefered publishing a new 0.52th version with the fountain bug removed.

A new trailer for Lights of Dreams II are on its way. With the whole new plants all updated.

Why don't you listen to people? I hesitate to speak for others but its safe to say that "releasing a new version" every time you decide to change minor details is going to do nothing but annoy everybody. Its annoying me now.

Finish the damn game, release it, then do something else. To be blunt I'm pig bloody sick of seeing the same old thing bumped to the top of the Blitz Showcase when the so-called new version a)looks identical to the last version, and b) looks identical to the 672 other games you've made, save for the funny bloke with wings replaced by a cardboard dog.

Xilvan(Posted 2011) [#17]
Is not like if I made 10 versions since 0.37 on the showcase forum.

I'm at the half way to publish the final version of this game. Its the first dog and cat saving game I've ever made.

Let me be !

I can't tell if you're a clever troll or a very strange individual.

Dabhand(Posted 2011) [#19]
I think a prequel where the dog is just a puppy would be good!

erm...

Now that's a game idea...

I've just made some changes about digging.

With the demo of Markio, I found how to change the terrain level.

Now it work for digging; just have to wait for bonus(Crystals, Magic Potions, Hearts) and Silver Bones. Imagine a mission where 20 candy bones are burried in the terrain.

To see the adventage of this new function, you'll have to wait for launch coming in some months.
