I was unbelievably bored last night so I made a space invaders type game with text for graphics.

sorry theres no images but I almost couldn't be bothered to upload it :P

and there's a bug where if you start a new game it doesn't clear the score

Awesome game. Graphics look good for text only. And it plays well.
Not bad for a one night stand :-)

I love the way the enemies move, look, and how the new ones come on screen after you've killed a wave. I also like the death explosion.

I like the idea of space invaders mixed with 'bullet storm'

i think it was another thing!
i used a typing tutor some years ago that has what they called TextInvader to test our typing skills in wich words were the invaders and typing them in their way to land were the only gun we had.
