Hi, i'm working in a new project, Bloody Desert.

This is an indie game, in these days i'm working in the gameplay.

i have some problems to solve because it's a big game, i am using NetBlitz to connect multiplayers, and chat with other players..

this game is a mix between UFO, C&C, Flashpoint, and Carrier Command.

in the beginning, I just wanted to finish my tank game. :) now I'm into this

And you make it sound like it's an easy one! you just mentioned four pivotal titles of the gaming history. :)

I wonder how this game will play when finished. I watched the 30 sec teaser on your site and it looks very good. I just hope it isn't turnbased like UFO. XD

Turn based is good though! Gives us time to think about the important parts of a game rather than simply who can click where fastest.

:) i love that four games :)...

i planned to work in a gameplay video in one mounth.

is Real Time strategic, from the ufo i have this concepts :

Soldiers, with name, moral, experience, etc.
bases
buy and sell items like ufo too.
and i hope to have missions, like ufo style, becouse all units need fuel, munitions and repairs, so, the bases work like real bases, no like factorys.

i'm using Blitz3d, .b3d for models.

for the moment i am using sprites for smoke and explotion, i need to see what other method can i use.

hi! Now I want to buy candy sprite to have more realistic explosions and smoke, these days the soldiers finished their animations, which can make weapons and items that are on the floor. serve as soldiers in the ufo.

I will soon have a video showing the gameplay.
