Hi everyone!

I have a fun little project to show to you, that I just recently
continued work on.

It is titled 'The Games Of The Past Collection' because it is a
compiliation of some of my REALLY old games.
This collection was originally intended to atone for the what is
possibly my worst game ever, Battery Man.
Because besides being a collection of my OLD games, its also
features remade versions of these games using my current level
of skill.

So basically it was to show off how far I've come programming
wise.

Unfortunately, due to Dragon Spirit, I never got a chance to finish
this collection, and it ONLY contains the older games.
Never the less, as I was test playing them, I realized that
despite how bad some of them are graphically, and code wise,
they are still quite fun ^_^

So I hope you enjoy playing it, and I look forward
to your feedback.
(Feel free to download Dragon Spirit too, if you haven't already played it.)

You can download them at

I had to move the game, since filefront shut down :(

That's true, the older games are often better, because we made them with more "love" and less (loveless implemented) technical must-have-s.

Your Game(s): I went "into the woods" and get lost because there was no way to get out (needs "exit game"), and I couldn't read the question because there was some text from the last screen that messed up the question onscreen (so I couldn't give the right answer and continue the game), maybe something wrong with the linefeed or cls or so. A pretty big intro for such games :) I really expected some kind of 3 hours cinemascope drama. Ah, the good old days :)

LOL, sorry about the glitch :(

I thought I fixed all of those.(They were plentiful)
I did clean up my games a 'little' bit, just trying to fix any destructive
glitches.

Pressing ESC at anytime will exit MOST of these games, but for
Zoinks, you need to lose all of your lives.(You have 5)
What happend for the woods area, is there was a WaitKey, and a
Delay, and you probably pressed the key twice trying to get through
the delay, thus skipping the text.

The answer to the gnomes question is noisy violet by the way, and
thanks for giving me feedback ^_^

For a game like this, I'm not looking for feedback as to how to improve
it, just feedback on how people like it.
