The trailer and game looks very nice, nice casual style, and very polished. Very nice.

Grey Alien(Posted 2008) [#3]
Wow, neat! It's a popular genre and you have some great production values. My only concern would be the sci-fi theme with the target market.

Josepho(Posted 2008) [#4]
Well, i dont think that the sci-fi theme would be a big problem, cakemania 2 is about space adventures too, and i think that the cakemania 3 is about time travels!

Grisu(Posted 2008) [#5]
Looks like Tapper in space. Well done!

Ah I never got round to playing that one. At least it will stand out as there aren't many sci-fi time management games.

MGE(Posted 2008) [#7]
Yep..Tapper in space! Very, very AWESOME!!!! wow..

Questions...lots of animation going on there. What's the target spec for the game? Thanks.

Xip(Posted 2008) [#8]
wow... just... Wow!
you totaly blow me away...
proberbly the prettiest and most polished game i have ever seen in blitzmax.

might not be my type of game, but i still have to bow and lift my hat to you :)
uhm... it hurts to admit it... but... uhm... it looks almost semi fun to play ;)

and who did all that awsome graphics?

Grey Alien(Posted 2008) [#9]
I forgot to say I like the animated characters speaking, very well done.

Taron(Posted 2008) [#10]
Impressive, considering that you even have some voice talent engaged for it. I think the topic is mortifying, nurturing modern societies concept of slavelabor, wasting time of real life by wasting time of life on the computer with work you should never have to do in any kind of life, hahahaha. But, yeah, very pretty! Well done! ;)

Who's gonna be the first to write a game that could inspire good ideas? Like, for example, something in regards to bri....oh my god, I have an idea!

Go check the web for Earthships! It's off-grid housing that's not only totally integrated into natural cycles, but feels like sailing through the day in a weird way. You need to perform a few tasks, but you do it for yourself and not for arbitrary fast food giants! That's a game you should think of! Your qualities can be put to much greater use! :}

QuickSilva(Posted 2008) [#11]
Great looking game! You used to use GameMaker didn`t you? How are you finding BMax in comparison?

Jason.

big10p(Posted 2008) [#12]
Very slick. Now, I'm either suffering deja-vu or I've seen this very game showcased/demo'd before, like a year or more ago?

Josepho(Posted 2008) [#13]
We think that it will run in a 800mhz with 256 mb ram ! The graphics were made by Axolot Studio, a small team of graphic artists, you can see their website in the links of Kukoo Kitchen website. And yes! I used to use game maker some time ago, i chose Bmax instead, because the portability and the control of the resources that GM doesnt have. It is possible that some of you see the project some time ago when i release the firsts screenshots.

Thanks for the feedback! Please feel free to tell me more about your thinks about the project!

MGE(Posted 2008) [#14]
What are your VRAM requirements? What are the current specs you're developing on? (vram on gpu, etc..)

Josepho(Posted 2008) [#15]
I am developing it in a dual core, geforce 8600gt 512rvam with 2 gb of ram, and we have tested the game in a geforce 2 with 64vram and it works good with frameskip 1 and 50fps by setting the game in low quallity or fullscreen. The mhz that i gived are just an speculation

MGE(Posted 2008) [#16]
Cool. I was guessing at least a 64mb vram requirement to keep things somewhat smooth with all those frames of animation. ;) The game looks awesome, should do well for you. :)

DavidDC(Posted 2008) [#17]
