I have posted a video of my game Flyout on Youtube:

This is the first time I make a video, I used a shiny new copy of Fraps and Movie Maker.. recording was done at half the screen size (and 20 fps) and in Movie Maker I exported to 320*240 if I remember correctly, giving a file of 4Mb (which is quite small, I realized this later when Youtube stated the 1Gb upload limit). The final quality on Youtube was again a bit less than before uploading but the game is still recognizable.

Maybe 640*480 would have been better? (Maybe not, it would slow it down more I guess.) Perhaps a higher framerate.

I also read exporting to mpeg4 video and mp3 audio is advisable.

Looks really fun. I wouldn't worry about video quality, youtube mungs everything anyway and your graphics are clean and primitive enough to not lose much detail.

Cool game, I think I'll give it a whirl.

By the way I think the "related video" list is quite funny given the nature of your video.
