Hardware skinning in Leadwerks Engine. The vertices are being morphed on the GPU, so the animation is very fast:

Normal maps are working, as well as character shadows. It is shaping up nicely.


Maybe a zombie hospital is in order.

i have a 9000 tri character in b3d format you can play with. Not textured or normal mapped though.
