The latest issue of PC Format (UK) has a review of Eschalon: Book 1. Gives it a score of 73 and says "the production values are far higher than many rivals". Nice to see and congrats to .... er .. name escapes me atm ... the person who made it ... I played the demo and thought it was a nice piece of work.

It was also recently reviewed in a french magazine called "Canard PC". The review was very positive.

I thought Canard meant Duck? Strange name for a magazine.

Tachyon made it. Anyway, good find. Nice one Tachyon. I'd personally give it lots more than that rating.

andy_mc: Yes Canard mean duck. In France we have a washing product for toilets called "Canard WC", so they turn it to "Canard PC"... About "Eschalon" it is true they had a nice review in Canard PC, and also in "Joystick" (The number 1 magazine for PC games in french language) .. not really a review but a news about Eschalon Book 1.
