Motion Capture in Blitz3D

I created some motion capture data and animated the results in Blitz3D a year ago. I've been meaning to post the information for the gallery, in case anyone is interested.

Process:
The characters, effects, and lighting are synchronized to motion capture data. There were 20 sensors recorded asynchronously in sets of 2-4. The cherries and candles dance as couples with one sensor being used for each one. The bottles sway to the beat using two sensors and pivots. In some instances two sensors were enough to animate motion, while others require 2 to 4 sensors. The data was recoding using a magnetic 4-sensor, motion capture system. The motion capture data was written to a text file. We then wrote a program in Blitz3D to parse the motion capture data. Each sensors location and rotation were used. The data was not edited or refined after motion capture.

I then read the files through the file system real time, and created a little squash and stretch using scaling of static 3Ds meshes. It's really not too hard.
