Hi !

i've only my computer to test alpha version of my game. So could you download the game and report if you could use it with the 'directx' and 'opengl' option ?

Execute zigwigwi.exe, (the other exe is the french editor). Press 'G' during the game to activate 'god mode'. Please consider the level provided is only a technical test.

Note : delete all the files inside the 'conf' folder to try another config options.

Hi Hub. Not a good result here I'm afraid.

btw, the start up screen says Audio Driver: OpenGL.

Anyway I used the deault settings and it went to a black screen then had a memory access violation.

Then I deleted the config files and retried but with DirectX and FreeAudio. The game made some music and speech but there was no screen or anything on the Task Bar! I had to use Ctrl+Alt+Del to kill it, then I gave up.

P4 3.2GHZ HT, XP Home, 1GB RAM, DX9.0c, Radeon 9800XT, SB Audigy 2.

Grey could you test with this
English, opengl and ... Freeaudio, or another sound driver ?

i don't know why but i can't also use directx, and i must choose a proper sound driver too.

Yes that works! OpenGL and FreeAudio.

Hey this is nicely present. looks like you've used the framework (or part of it), I can tell by the sliders ;-)

Haven't really played it properly yet but on level 1 the ship and firepower was very slow and the level didn't scroll down for ages.

sorry grey, i don't use your fantastic framework for this ! A lot of work (as sliders) have been coded before you release it !!!

i've just another version with your 'fixed frame logic' loop. This version use this ( http://www.blitzbasic.com/Community/posts.php?topic=49306#577437 ) Filax/indiepath... but it'seems that i've some pb to implement a correct frame limiting code !!! The only who works well was the first, my own, with no delta timing !!!
