One Must Die is my first 3D project

is only de game gear.
the players can connect with the server with own stats and items, walk arround the empty "city" and fight using basic attacks and 3 skills

lib? nothing
only blitz... and the server-clients run very well
i use tcp and udp....
- udp for movements and no important sendings.....
- tcps for basic stadistics, sellings... fightings... (very importants things)

now iīm working on fight, the fight will be like FF series not real time, why? because the game is more player Vs player that player Vs monster non player, (aggg my bad english)

Looks quite cool (those weapons are big O_o;)

Curious name though. I'm being picky here, but if there is a group of people fighting and "One Must Die", doesn't that mean everyone else survives? :) It reminds me of the beat 'em up "One Must Fall" but that made sense because there was only 1-vs-1.

the name is not the final name.

now a player can fight vs other player or monster but ... in the future the fights will be 4 vs 4 (group vs group) or.... 8 all vs all
at the moment only can fight 2 players( the engine inot finished yet)

are the weapons too big? YES, itīs like manga or corean .... heads, feet, hands and weapons too bigs, (not professional-real stile), but a lot of effects and items
:D, i love manga-corean stile. (priston or flyff)

at the moment no webhost, its only a project... ( 10%)

in the future..... i dont know but sure will be a free webhoster

Oh, I really like the style you've achieved. Settlers pops up in my head.
I wouldn't mind you rotated back the 90-degrees-bricks though. Looks weird to build like that.
Also the lamps (?) feels a little bit out of time... or maybe I'm just being stupid.

Very cool indeed! I love the cartoonish look...Reminds me of World of Warcraft... Any ETA on when it is coming out?

If you need any help let me know. Cant wait to play.
Also you should make a site/forum for this. Im hosting my own webserver I keep up 24/7 that supports PHP/MySQL

Is that night time? Nice work. Maybe release some alpha testing soon? That would be awesome. Dont leave us hanging, some people drop interest if there isnt anything else to show. Maybe a movie? Just some ideas.

i dont know how can i make a movie... iīve tried with FRAPS, but the game run very slow, ( the game, the server... and a second client to show another player)
with a movie iīd can show the city, ( the cicle day-night), and a simple combat.

at the moment no alpha, first finish the city and add more skills to combat, (now only 3 skills,), and later a pre-alpha for 15-20 players to test the client on worst /better computers and the net.

its slow cause iīm alone

Looking good so far!

Character movement is WAY too slow (people don't have that much time on their hands ;^)

How big is the town?

I must say, awesome job so far. Outstanding work there Khayn. Looks like your onto something really good. Are the media, graphics, textures created by you? If so, what did you use?

iīve made all in the game.... i havenīt any help, for this reason the game grow so slow.

textures ... ms paint + photoshuite 96
sotfware cheap :D
video .... webcam :D:D (fraps donīt run well on my computer)
