Hi. Just wanted to say that the company I do some work for released (with a little help from me as usual) a ToDo list application with FTP support so you can easily get to your ToDo list anywhere you are.
The reason it's not being pushed so far, is that we need to the the OS X version done first.

Anyhoo, thought you might want to check it out. All products are made using either BlitzMax, C++ or both.

Nice but FlySpray is great and free...

See mine in action here - http://dev.boiledsweets.com/FlySpray

Yeah well. I just do what I get payed for, however I prefer an application even though FlySpray looks great too. But for development stuff I prefer Trac as it integrates nicely with Wiki and SVN ;)

I'm releasing Project as a free product soon (http://project.indiepath.com).

@Ozak, I really don't like applications that hide on the taskbar when I try to close them. When I click the X I expect the application to exit.

I made a neat little delphi app called Web To Do so that I could look at my to do list at home and work. It also could upload files to my FTP site. Now I only work at home, I no longer need it, oh well.

Looks neat, but does it run on handheld devices? That's really what matters most in standard ToDo software for me since most people aren't going to run home to their PC from work to check their ToDo list, and likewise most people who do use it are not going to know how to use an FTP if I guessed your target market correctly (normal home users are who I would target if I was making a generic ToDo list program anyways). If you're targetting programmers then you'll really need to add more than what you have now, like budget management, timing, etc.). Basically, things Tim's already has.
