Chris C(Posted 2005) [#3]
what do demo's do?

In this case it demo's blitzmax.

If you cant be bothered to look, you wont enjoy it...

'can't find -lfmod'
I'm assuming I only need to move the fmod directory to brl.mod and build modules.

Beaker(Posted 2005) [#5]
I can't get it to work. I think it needs some sort of module for fmod, maybe?

I must admit its a lot of hassle for a demo (especially one that doesn't work): download, get WinRAR - install, unRAR it, find FMOD online, get FMOD download, unZIP that, poke around for the DLL, copy it over, compile demo, boink!

I do think a screeny and/or description would make life easier.

Is it going to be a scrolling demo?

flaith(Posted 2005) [#7]
ok for me and thx for the src

tonyg(Posted 2005) [#8]

Chris C(Posted 2005) [#9]

Install FMOD from the *easy* to follow instructions

The code is now abandoned, do with as you wish
a mention in the unlikley event it helps you
would be nice.

It shows some techniques cobbled together to
show off the graphical capabilities of blitzmax
used in conjunction with the FMOD sound library

Got it working, thanks.
