RetroSphere picks up yet another 5 star award from SoftForAll.com

Also we are planning an update to RetroSphere, perversely we have not found a single bug so we are just adding not fixing which is nice.

We plan to add another 12 music soundtracks, another 32 tracks to play. We have also added 1 new tile type - Fake, looks like a regular tile but is in fact a hole. Not nice.

If you have any other suggestions or want to design a track for inclusion go grab a copy and get designing...

Erm another one I'm afraid :-)

Version 1.1 is shaping up nicely too. Added fake track tiles, filler track tiles (these plug the holes) and a joker track tile (this selects a random track tile).

We have also written 12 new music tracks bringing the total soundtracks to 32.

There are lots of other enhancements like the ability now to select different music tracks, volume etc in game mode.

Will keep ya posted.

Hey, i'm glad your doing well with this. Must be a real good feeling to receive all these stars! Well done again :o)

A little suggestion on the new "fake" tile -

A new user may think its a bug or find it confusing, so i would suggest making it glass or something.. when you roll over it, it shatters and makes a noise etc before falling through.

Only a suggestion.. Great game BTW

JonD,

thanks for the tip. The fake tile is not completely like a normal track tile, it is slightly alpha'd so you just have to watch out for them.

Oh and I wich I'd never started this self promotion, yup we got another 5 star award. HEHEHE. <Sound of trumpet blowing>
