For the most part, the model looks good.

I think the gloves need help. My other criticism is that the guys arms are gigantic, maybe because he is smaller in other areas ;)

Very nice talent however.

p.s. you didnt ask for criticism... sorry :)

yeah I should have mentioned the gloves have n't been resolved yet. That's probaby the hardest bit to do after the face.
And its ok ,I wanted criticism, fresh eyes are always a help.

looks good, but imho i think the jeans material don't fit with the scifi theme. Also the skull looks kinda cheap, i'd rather use some nice runes.

Ruz(Posted 2004) [#7]
he he , yeah the skull was just slapped on, cause I had no idea what to do for it.
Runes, hmm thats a good idea. I will do a bit of research on that.

it's looking real cool now. what texture tools are you using for uvmapping, painting and refreshing textures in 3D views?

gellyware(Posted 2004) [#9]
Looking a lot better! To me, I think his forearms seem maybe too grey (I think your trying to give the impression of hair, but its matching the gloves too much).

JFK
I am working with 3dsmax4 and pshop6 both open.
The uv mapping is already done and can't be altered, so it just a question painting it, then switching bewteen max and pshop.
I normally uv map in max using the default tools.

Lucid . good point man I had n't spotted that.
I will sort that out tomorrow.
