OK, I've just been experimenting with a new site design (simpler with a tablet style layout that works). You can view it here:

http://www.leadfootproductions.com/Test/Index.html

It still works fine at 800 X 600 which is our current site's sweet spot. My partner used Dreamweaver to build the current site and can't seem to mix layers with tables or something so the site doesn't work as a tablet.

This new little sketchup does work in that fasion but I'm no artist and I'm getting dogged on a bit by my partner who I must admit has a much much better eye for these things that I do (he is the artist after all).

I'm probably blind but I did have some people tell me they like it (layout) better than the current site and I'm just looking to make something that looks a bit less sterile or something, just a change of pace even.

Anway, let me know what you think of this and of the current www.leadfootproductions.com . I think we need a change for the site just need some ideas on where to go with it.

I like the 2nd one more. the 1st has too many fonts onscreen and the blue is too bsodish imho :)

I liked the "New Stuff = Aerial Antics"

I hate bright colours, nice subtle colours is the way to go.
How ever do away with that fancy nav system... always makes a site look cheap, simple text links will do the job IMHO.

the current one looks more serious and probably better
for a website, more formal. the new one looks like a video game in itself and not like a website. ( a bit too bright for me)

OK, thanks so far for the input. I toned it down a bit. Please have another look. I'm no artist so bear with me :)
